Activate the dragon ring on the lowest island, this powers the launching cannons. Skip up to the top island (there are rock blocks there). Move the floating Hover platform out of the way and launch a large rock into the hole on the globular island. It could land on the activation platform and begin spinning the outside walls. If not, go into the room and move the weight onto the platform, the weight of three Big Wheels, or a Stake and a downward-facing Spring, will also work. Use Ascend to exit the globe or simply stand on the circle exit while activating the weight mechanism and then climb down to the island’s bottom level.
Inside the island is a big switch. Putting enough weight on it will cause the outer shell of the island to move and allow access to the lower level with this chest.
