- Complete Character, Item, and Enemy appendices, including descriptions, screenshots, and official artwork for each of them.
- Most of the artwork is the same as the basic Instruction Manual, but the Item artwork in particular has been revised.
- Includes a few pages about the games backstory.
- Includes a foldout map with cut-outs so you can label the map where all the secret caves are located.
- Overworld map is divided into 8 sections, which each section getting several pages of coverage.
- Complete maps, tons of screenshots, and detailed descriptions for the first six dungeons.
- Very little information available for dungeons 7, 8, and 9.
