Zonai Reliefs are stone tablets scattered above Hyrule on star-shaped islands. They are important to the Messages From An Ancient Era Side Adventure. In Kakariko Village a man named Wortsworth can read the hylian etchings, so when you find the reliefs, take a photo of all 12 reliefs then go back to him in the village.
