			Spiral Charge is the technique that Links' [[Loftwing]] must learn in order to help rid [[Levias]] of his parasite. [[Instructor Owlan]] is the person in Skyloft who teaches Links' Loftwing the technique, in order to learn the Spiral Charge, Owlan will take the Crimson Loftwing on a target test. If the Loftwing is able to take out 10 targets in less than 120 seconds, Links' Loftwing will master the Spiral Charge technique.
