Killing a Mini-Freezard with a [[Sword]] can be quite frustrating, as after they are hit they will slide around and potentially bump into Link, which will instantly freeze him. A much better option is the [[Ball and Chain]], which will kill in one hit. In Spirit Tracks, if you use the [[Boomerang]] on a [[Torch]], and then on a Mini-Freezard, you can burn it to reveal an [[Octorok]], which will make it much easier to defeat.
