The Golden Bomber will shoot an incredible amount of bombs at the same time in a semicircular way as well as an occasional Powder Keg so just use your Wand or Arrows to shoot at him while you avoid the bombs. After taking some damage he will perform even more Powder Keg attacks and even multiple at the same time. Venser's Cane is a good weapon as well if you wanna go full offense.
