The 2 Blue Lizalfos are on the island to the left behind the rock with the Large Electric Chuchu. The regular Lizalfos are one each on the other two islands (the far corner one can be hard to see because they camouflage). Climb the tall rock to the left, shoot the Electric Chuchu then run down and grab the Throwing Spear on the ground before one of the Blue Lizalfos do. If you have the inventory space (don't load up on tree branches and Korok leafs) you can grab all the roasted bass and prevent the Blue Lizalfos from arming themselves. To keep them from ganging up you, an application of stasis should give you enough time to handle them one at a time.
