In the main rectangular room of Valley of Silent Statues, destroyable rock will reveal a beam of light. Use a mirror (one is available in the southeast of the room) to point the light to the receptacle on the right to lead to a second mirror. Then use the two mirrors to bounce the light to the middle receptacle on the other side of a wall to reach this chest.
