The Bubbulfrog can be found by hugging the right wall from entering the cave (-2989, -0906, 0021).
Continuing to the back of the cave you'll find the Phantom Armor overlooking the main room with a Gloom Spawn in it. With slip resistance you can climb up to it, or you can go around to the other side and break apart the sediment to reach it.
