The path is pretty linear, following the way the statues point and using levers to open gates. As you approach what seems to be the third lever, the floor will fall. The Bubbulfrog is right in front of you (-3217, -3120, -0045).
Continue down this lower passageway to what appears to be a dead end, then Ascend into the room above, where the next lever is under some movable slabs. Using this lever will lead you to Chichim Shrine.
