The cave entrance is in the southwest of the ruins, after crouching through a hole. This chamber is separated from the other entrance and the two do not connect.
The Fierce Deity Armor will be right in front of you.
The Bubbulfrog is in a room behind some crates to the south (3278, 1454, 0397).
