The weapon is formed by fusing a variety of weapons with a Knight's Broadsword. One such fusion is with a Royal Halberd.
In the Atun Valley Cave, the treasure chest at the Black Horriblin contains a Knight's-Broadsword Halberd. Link will first need to defeat all the Horriblin to unlock the chest.
