The weapon is formed by fusing a variety of two-handed swords with a Captain Construct IV Horn. A common fuse variety is with a Strong Zonaite Longsword and a Captain Construct IV Horn. This can be found in a chest in Miryotanog Shrine. This weapon has a power of 50, but the actual strength of a Captain IV Blade will be dependent on what items are fused together.
