Australian clothing company BlackMilk has announced on X their new BlackMilk x The Legend of Zelda Collection.  Back in 2021, BlackMilk released a collection of dresses, pants, sweaters, and shirts featuring designs from multiple Zelda games, including Majora’s MaskSkyward Sword, and even Breath of the Wild. Some items were limited-run release, meaning once they were sold out, they did not make any more.  Other pieces from that collection have stayed around and are still available to purchase.

According to the information provided by BlackMilk, the new collection will be released on Tuesday May 7th, 2024 at 7 AM Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST). In the United States, this corresponds to May 6th at 5 PM Eastern Daylight Time or 2 PM Pacific Daylight Time. A “lookbook” was released today, Wednesday, May 1st (AEST) and a collection preview will be available on Friday, May 3 (AEST). As soon as the preview is available, those with BlackMilk accounts can add things they want to their cart and can purchase them as soon as the collection releases on May 7th. You can sign up to be notified about the collection here.

In their lookbook, BlackMilk has featured images of designs “drawing on six incredible The Legend of Zelda stories:” Tears of the Kingdom, Breath of the Wild, Twilight Princess, The Wind Waker, Ocarina of Time, and Majora’s Mask. The designs include a dress with a black background and the Geoglyphs from Tears of the Kingdom printed in white. Another appears to be a hoodie with the Zonai hand seal on the back and a pattern on the right sleeve that looks like Link/Rauru’s arm. Check out a gallery of these and many of the other new designs below.

I purchased several pieces from BlackMilk’s first promotion and I still wear them today. I highly recommend BlackMilk to anyone who wants some Zelda-themed clothing that goes beyond the usual T-shirts one can find at the mall.

Will you be purchasing some new Zelda-themed clothing from BlackMilk? What other clothing companies would you like to see collaborate with Nintendo to make clothing collections? Let us know in the comments!
