Blue Bari are enemies found in A Link to the Past and A Link Between Worlds. They are one of many variants of the Bari, including Red Bari, White Bari, and Yellow Bari. All of the color variants share the same physical characteristics, and have many of the same traits as Bari from other Zelda titles.
A Link to the Past
The Blue Bari is first encountered early on within the Dark Palace. They later appear in the majority of dungeons within the Dark World. Blue Bari resemble a jellyfish who hover just above the ground. Every few moments they will give off an electic shoock and it will deal damage to Link if he comes into contact with the Bari.
The Blue variants move rather slowly and aren't really that much of a threat to Link. One slash with the Master Sword will do them in. This is in contrast to the stronger Red Bari, who will split into smaller Biri enemies when first hit. Link must be careful though, if he tries to strike a Blue Bari while it is electrified, he will deal 1/2 heart od amage to himself.
In alternative strategy is that Link can use a projectile weapon, such as the Bow and Arrow, or the Hookshot, so that Link does not need to worry about the enemy electrifying.
A Link Betwee Worlds
Blue Bari in A Link Between Worlds are nearly identical as their A Link to the Past counterparts. They are rather weak enemies and can be defeated with a single sword slash.
