The Zora Scale must be shown to the Zora in the [[Sea of Storms]] to gain access to the area the [[Piratian]]s are found. Giving the Zora Scale to the [[Captain]] of the Piratians will result in Link receiving the [[Tokay Eyeball]], which is need to access the [[Ancient Tomb]].
