Notes
- Made by Topps in 1989, and officially licensed by Nintendo.
- A set of 60 cards and 33 stickers featuring images from The Legend of Zelda, The Adventure of Link, Super Mario Bros. 1, Super Mario Bros. 2, Double Dragon, and Punch-Out.[1]
- Each pack sells for 25 cents, and came packaged in one of three different wax wrappers:- Mario, Link, or Princess Peach.
- Each pack contains 3 scratch off cards and 2 stickers.
- There are 10 different cards for each game.
- These cards are scratch-off game cards. By collecting all of the cards of a series, people were able to scratch off the sections. If 3 swords were scratched off then Link was allowed to continue to the next screen. However, if 3 fireballs were revealed then you lost.[2]
- On the back of the sticker cards was some top secret game tips.[3]
- These scratch cards measures approximately 3.5x2.0 cm
