Operation Moonfall

Operation Moonfall is a Campaign to bring Majora's Mask to the 3DS. Shortly after the release of The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D, the producer of The Legend of Zelda, Eiji Aonuma, stated in an interview that a Majora's Mask remake was "not an utter impossibility" as long as the fans showed enough interest, thus Operation Moonfall was born. Operation Moonfall has been around since June and is currently ongoing.

Progression

Within five days of the release of the Majora's Mask 3D pertition, it reached 10,000 signatures. In response to this, Nintendo of America replyed that there has been no announcement of Majora's Mask for the 3DS, but are interested in hearing what the fans find important. To date, the pertition has reached over 40,000 signatures.

Trivia

•Operation Moonfall's name is a reference to Operation Rainfall, a campaign to bring three RPGs to the Wii internationally.
