This boss is found In the guardian of remembrance expansion pack where it automatically has terrako as an ally. At the end of EX guardian of remembrance you fight this boss they are insanely hard to defeat especially with terrako's current damage. Mutated ganon is also well known to be the strongest boss in the game because how much damage he can do to you so I recommend unlocking terrako using the return terrako quest and then get him a strong weapon and a ton of hearts then you are good to go.
