Once you found the shrine, head outside and stand on the cliff. Look down and slightly to your left and you will notice another small island. Step on the stump and follow the Korok-Light to gain your seed. Press R can gain speed, while paraglide is recommened.
Once you find the shrine, head outside and stand on the cliff. Look down and slightly to your left and you will notice a small island. Step on the stump and interact with the light in midair for your seed.
