Alternatively there is some boards and a zonai stake near by that you can create an ascend platform. From that just place the korok on the top and Ultrahand the ascend platform into the cliff face. From the top you can just Ultrahand the korok over to his friend. | |||

Use Ultrahand (and Recall, if necessary) to deliver the Korok to his friend.
