Horsehead is a warrior with a horse's head: thus the name. Horsehead can be simply defeated by jumping up and slashing at his unprotected head. You must watch out though because if you get too close he can hit you with his mace attack. At this point in the game it is recommended that you use the shield spell just in case. Horsehead can take some practice at first but the strategy becomes easy afterwards.
