Extra Wallets are items from Skyward Sword. They allow Link to carry an additional 300 Rupees on top of the amount that can be carried in his normal wallet. This is useful since there are plenty of things that cost more than what Link's wallet can hold. Each extra wallet costs a mere 100 Rupees. They can be purchased in Beedle's Airshop three times throughout the course of the game, bringing the total of additional Rupees to 900.
