A location that appears in Twilight Princess. Before you pay for Malo Mart to move in, you can go here. You have to pay the lady outside to polish your shoes first, otherwise you will "stress out the customers". You can never afford his items, which run for thousands of rupees apiece. No wallet in the game holds enough. It is, however, funny to watch his reactions to how "poor" you are.
