To reach the floating island, you must catapult yourself at the Gerudo Highlands Skyview Tower and paraglide a long distance that will require a lot of stamina. Provide a dish or remedy that recharges stamina. You have to defeat a King Gleeok to be able to access the chest on the floating island.
