Talk to the construct steward next to the river to get a side quest. Grab a nearby | Talk to the construct steward next to the river to get a side quest. Grab a nearby Frost Emitter, go to the edge of the river and create 3 ice platforms. Bring them back to the place of the steward, light a campfire and melt the platforms to the size corresponding to the holes in the wall in the shape of a "♦". Once the quest is complete, you will gain access to the shrine. | ||

Talk to the construct steward next to the river to get a side quest. Grab a nearby Frost Emitter, go to the edge of the river and create 3 ice platforms.
