He first travels to Kokiri Forest, now infested with monsters, to defeat the evil in the [[Forest Temple (Ocarina of Time)|Forest Temple]] and awaken Saria as the Sage of Forest. He then travels to [[Death Mountain]], where the Gorons have been trapped by the dragon Volvagia, to slay the dragon in the Fire Temple and awaken Darunia as the Sage of Fire.
