Enemy: Scarab
Attacks: Slow you down (no damage)
Found: Arbiter's Grounds
Description: Scarabs appear in swarms and latch onto Link, impeding his movement, therefore leaving you more vulnerable to attacks. They are easily warded off with the use of the lantern or a quick spin attack, but cannot be killed.
