Obviously, after watching today’s Nintendo Direct, there’s only one thing on all of our minds; Majora’s Mask 3D is actually happening.

Ever since Ocarina of Time 3D, and even before then, it’s been years and years of begging and debating, crazy fan movements like Operation Moonfall, thousands of editorials and fan letters and fan art, and even this old trailer for the game on the Wii U; all this has been leading to this moment, and so far, it’s looking as if it was all perfectly worth it.

There’s so many things to debate and speculate about…

Following today’s announcement of Majora’s Mask 3D, Nintendo has released tons of offical screenshots and artwork for the game. It all looks completely brilliant, and some of this artwork is just breathtaking; you can tell they’re pulling out all the stops for this game.

We see screenshots of the Moon and various characters from the game, as well as very in-depth, detailed artwork of Link and Skull Kid, as well as lots of simple art of Link in his alternate forms…

By now you’ve most likely heard the news that Nintendo officially announced that Majora’s Mask is coming to 3DS this spring. Just after the announcement confirming Majora’s Mask 3D, Nintendo Europe was quick to follow up with a preview of an exclusive Majora’s Mask 3D collector’s edition. Along with a glimpse of the the lovely box art, the collector’s edition is set to include a steelbook, double-sided poster, and a pin badge of Majora’s Mask itself. Nintendo just announced a surprise Nintendo Direct for tomorrow afternoon, focusing on their 2015 releases.
