Starting tomorrow, November 28th, all Nintendo World Stores will be offering a free Nintendo Power T-shirt to anyone who spends $25 or more in store. There are two shirts, both bear the classic Nintendo Power logo on the front, but one is grey with an 8-bit Mario on the back and the words “YOUR PRINCESS IS IN ANOTHER CASTLE!” while the other is black with an 8-bit Link on the back accompanied by the phrase “IT’S DANGEROUS TO GO ALONE!”…

There is currently a Tri Force Heroes contest going on in which you have a chance to win a copy of the game. It is being hosted by Nintendo of Canada, they want you  to tweet them with the hash-tags #LOZTriForceHeroes and #NintendoContest, with the prizes getting better the lager the amount of tweets they receive. Many have been wondering about Tri Force Heroes‘ placement on the overall series timeline, and today, only a day before the game’s release, the developers have told us! The Nintendo of America twitter page had a post today about what game Tri Force Heroes follows, and though the explanation is a bit slim, it at least makes sense. Check out the tweet after the jump!

We’re getting really close to Tri Force Heroes‘ release date, but Nintendo is not slowing down the stream of new screenshots on their Japanese Twitter feed. A new set of images has appeared of a strange Treasure Box house that seems to offer special in-game collectibles of sorts. Judging by a rough translation, the house operates on a daily schedule, allowing one box to be opened for free every 24 hours. Check out the tweets after the jump!

With all of the talk surrounding Tri Force Heroes, it’s easy to forget that there’s another handheld Zelda adventure on the way. News updates regarding Hyrule Warriors Legends have been relatively infrequent since the game’s official unveiling at E3. Considering that the 3DS reimagining is still several months away from its Japanese release, there isn’t that need for constant marketing. EGX, the year’s biggest gaming event to be held in the UK, is starting tomorrow! Nintendo has an active line-up of events and featured games, but among them is a “cosplay catwalk”, themed after the appropriately fashion-driven Triforce Heroes releasing next month. The event is being held at 5:30 PM on both the 24th and 25th, and should prove rather interesting, as the costumes are based on a game full of ridiculous costumes Check out the tweet after the jump!

Random Time! Of all places you expect to see random Zelda references, one is not likely to guess a fast food restaurant. Arby’s Twitter feed recently had a photo posted to it of some yummy hash browns placed in a pattern any real Zelda fan would recognize. Check out the Tweet after the jump.

Tri Force Heroes is getting a lot more news these days. We are sure to see plenty more news leading right up to the game’s release, but today, we are simply getting a few new screenshots from Nintendo of Japan’s Twitter. Shortly after yesterday’s leak of Hyrule Warriors for 3DS, the official Sega of Japan Twitter account had supposedly revealed that the Sonic Amiibo would be compatible with both versions of Hyrule Warriors.
