New Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity Trailer Teases Purah, Robbie, and the King as “Allies”

Zelda fans were overjoyed to wake up this morning to a 40 second teaser fpr Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity. Because the game is set a hundred years before Breath of the Wild, the sight of young Impa had made fans wonder what a hundred-year-younger Purah or Robbie would look like, and whether or not they would be included in the game as playable characters like their counterpart.
It seems like, along with the King of Hyrule, the two Sheikah researchers have been designated as “allies” in the fight against the Calamity. Zelda fans have finally gotten a glimpse at these Sheikah in their prime, and the resemblance to their older selves is, of course, on point. The characters have been revamped with a youthful glow, as they accompany Link and Zelda on their escapades to prevent Hyrule from falling to ruin. Additionally, the king of Hyrule was also described as an “ally”, an obvious statement considering his kingship, and yet also an interesting one considering the teaser showed him chastising Zelda.
