Hello, everybody! Welcome back to Zelda Dungeon’s weekly Caption Contest, in which we invite our readers to add funny quips to The Legend of Zelda‘s silliest images! Last week, we kicked off our Musical March Madness tournament; you can go vote on your favorite Zelda songs right now, in fact. So, with musical brilliance on all of our minds right now, it only makes sense that we would feature a music-themed image in this week’s contest.

Last Week’s Contest:

Here are our non-photo caption winners:

  • tabascoman: In Which: Link Discovers his Hatred of Sand
  • Moonfall777: Are you threatening me, Master Ganon?
  • Aurora Phoenix: Impa: I sense a great disturbance in the Triforce
  • IceRod: Hype level in trailer: 1,000! Number of seconds in actual movie, I mean, game: 9 whole seconds
  • sirlaffalot: This has GOT to be the worst job at the airport….

This Week’s Contest:

Did Saria expect Link to know inherently how to play a musical instrument?

Here are the guidelines:

  • Please refrain from using offensive material (racial, sexual, overuse of offensive language, etc.) We want to make the contest fun and accessible for fans of all ages. When in doubt, keep it Nintendo.
  • If you don’t have the ability to edit the image, just leave it as a comment. We make sure to have a separate list of winners for this category.
  • Photo editing and manipulation (i.e. Photoshop) is allowed, but these entries will be part of a separate list of winners for this category.
  • Everyone is entitled to their own opinion at Zelda Dungeon. In fact, we encourage discussion based on those opinions. However, please do not insult other fans’ work. What may be funny to one person may not hold true for another… and that’s OK.
  • Have fun and be creative!

Don’t forget to check back throughout the week and upvote your favorites, and, who knows?  Maybe you will be one of next week’s winners!
