Xenoblade Chronicles Developer Monolith Soft Still Hiring for the Breath of the Wild Sequel
Posted on December 17 2019 by Kristen G. Rosario
Earlier this year, Xenoblade Chronicles developer Monolith Soft took it upon themselves to hire more people for development on the upcoming Breath of the Wild sequel. For those unaware, Monolith Soft helped with the development of Breath of the Wild and they are reportedly more involved with the sequel. Now it seems they need even more help putting this highly-anticipated Zelda game together.
New job postings on the Monolith Soft recruitment website show that the developer is still looking to recruit more staff to help work on the Breath of the Wild sequel. Positions they’re hiring for include Technical Artists, Programmers, Planners, Designers, and Management Support. In addition to that, Monolith Soft is hiring freelance positions for Character Modelers, Concept Art Designers, Scenario Planners, and Map Modelers.
As with Nintendo’s own recruitment pushes recently, it’s clear the Breath of the Wild 2 team is still growing. What could this mean for the game’s release date? We’ll just have to wait and see.
What do you think of this news? What are your thoughts on Monolith Soft being more involved with the Breath of the Wild sequel? Let us know in the comments below.
