Super Smash Bros. Direct Coming April 8th

A tweet from Nintendo of America has revealed the date and time of when the next Nintendo Direct will be live streamed. Make sure to tune in to the official website to watch Mr. Iwata as he divulges loads more details on Super Smash Bros.!

This Nintendo Direct will focus mostly, if not entirely, on the upcoming Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS and Wii U. It is unclear what kind of details we will be given about the game. We could hear about anything from a brand new item to a new fighter to the actual release date, and it would certainly be nice to see some more items from the Zelda series announced as items, as mentioned in a recent Miiverse post from Masahiro Sakurai, where he said:

“Out of the new items, more than a few will be from the Legend of Zelda series.”

Of course, there may even be some sort of large-scale reveal, like the recently rumored stage builder mode, or whatever mode might replace the absent story mode. The only way to find out is to watch it, so this Tuesday at 3pm Pacific Time, watch the episode live here.
