Play as the Hero of Time in Twilight Princess with this Awesome Mod!

Are Ocarina of Time and Twilight Princess competing for your number one favorite game spot? Do you wish you could merge the two so you can have your cake and eat it too? Well, look no further! Skilar’s Mods has created a Twilight Princess mod that allows you to play as the legendary Hero of Time.

The mod, The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess Hero of Time Edition, transforms you into Adult Link from Ocarina of Time, adorned with classic features like the Kokiri Tunic, the Zora Tunic, and, to take a piece from Majora’s Mask, the Fierce Deity Armor in place of Twilight Princess’ Magic Armor. Link is also seen with the Gilded Sword from Majora’s Mask in place of the Ordon Sword that is used for the first part of the game.

This mod is available for the GameCube and Wii U, although there is note that the mod will break the Cave of Shadows on the Wii U edition, so keep that in mind. Both the GameCube and Wii U have their own exclusive mod features. In the GameCube version, you can explore Hyrule as a Golden Wolf, while the Wii U version features a grassy Kakariko Village.

The creator states that they have been working on modding character models into Twilight Princess for five years now, and that this is the very first of the modded characters to come.
