Hello, friends. The weekend is finally here, and so we begin yet another Zelda Informer Photoshop Contest. With the month of October steadily moving towards Halloween, I’ve been thinking about the creepiest moments from the Zelda series. One such occasion that really gave me the willies as a kid was the alien invasion side-quest from Majora’s Mask. The mysterious “They” attempted to seize Romani Ranch, making for a truly chilling encounter. This week’s contest wants to see these invaders attack other famous places. Show us your skills, and also check out the winners of last week’s contest: Knock-Off Zelda Halloween Costumes.

Last Week’s Contest:

We’ve all seen the hilariously bad knock-off Zelda costumes at our local costume stores, so last week’s contest asked contestants to create their own.

Challenge Mode

Every great costume has to have various accessories, and it’s even better if it has a celebrity endorsement. This is why last week’s Challenge Mode was to include both of these elements in one’s entry. Challenge Mode veteran SillyBomb Productions knocked it out of the park with this catalogue of knock-off Zelda costumes. Bonnie Aarons, Ariel Winter, Nicola Peltz, and Julian Gloverbring us such great characters as the “Forest Imp,” the “Royal Witch,” and “Desert Pirate.” Who could avoid buying such gems when perusing the costume aisle? Great job!

This Week’s Contest: Alien Invasion with Ghosts from Majora’s Mask

As a kid, my friends and I would scare the bejeezus out of ourselves by playing the Romani Ranch ghost invasion quest late at night with the lights off. This side-quest is as creepy as it is strange, and it’s the perfect topic for this Halloween month.

The contest this week is to the show “They” (the ghost-aliens from Majora’s Mask) invading a real-world or fictional location. You can show them lifting cows from some real-world farm, have them land in a big city, or recreate Independence Day by placing them at the White House. Whatever you decide, feel free to use the images in our gallery below and anything else you find on the net.
