Our daily lives consist of nothing short of hectic mania. Between jobs, schoolwork, and personal and economic stressors, fatigue is an instinct that reminds us to take a rest. After all, we can only handle so much at once. Sometimes you need to sit back and play a Zelda game; and sometimes you need to lay down and rest your eyes, letting yourself take calm, relaxing breaths.

This new fan album encourages us to do just that. Prescription For Sleep Volume III: Game Music Lullabies offers 250 mg of relaxation in the form of 12 tracks, one of which is based on “Windmill Hut” from Ocarina of Time, which Zelda Dungeon can exclusively reveal in the video above!

The others are selections from other beloved game series, such as “Kraid” from Metroid and “Eruyt Village” from Final Fantasy XII. The twelfth song is an original piece by Gentle Love, featuring Metal Gear Solid series composer Norihiko Hibino on saxophone and performer AYAKI on piano. This album release, in collaboration with Gentle Love musicians, celebrates nine years of the prolific music releases of Scarlet Moon productions, most famously their Prescription For Sleep collections. Until Volume III releases on May 19th of this year, you can check out their other work here on their YouTube channel.

You can also pre-order the volume and access previews here, and be sure to check out their Twitter and Facebook, as well as the Scarlet Moon website.
