GameSpot: More Tri Force Heroes Gameplay

GameSpot recently released a couple of clips from Tri Force Heroes. The footage highlights the game’s competitive multiplayer component with a glimpse of the Ice Cavern Arena and Riverside Arena.

Admittedly, I’ve often been skeptical about the idea of competitive multiplayer in a Zelda game, but even though I’ll have to wait until Oct. 23 to comment one way or the other, the Ice Cavern looks like a ton of fun. Coupled with the heroes’ use of items, the tricky navigation looks to keep players on their toes. The hammer, especially, has the potential to ruin friendships.
