Daily Debate: Who Would Win in a Fight Between the Champions and the Seven Sages?

The Champions: Hyrule’s strongest warriors accompanied by the legendary hero, and the Seven Sages: individuals blessed power and the ability to seal away even the darkest evil. In a fight between the two, who would win?
To be clear, I refer specifically to the Sages from Ocarina of Time. As for the Champions, take the main four, their descendants, and Link. Numerically, the Champions have the advantage, but do they have that in skill? One could say they do, as they’ve all proven themselves valiant warriors in their games, on top of having Link. That said, the Seven Sages aren’t something to scoff at. While we’ve admittedly not seen how all of them fare in combat, those we haven’t seen are likely to be just as good as the ones we have. Not to mention, they have the Goddess reincarnated on their side.
I really think both sides in this scenario have a good shot at winning, although the Champions’ special abilities may offer a slight advantage. Then, if you take into account the Champions’ ability to pilot Divine Beasts, the Sages probably wouldn’t stand a chance. Though ignoring that, I’d say it’s a pretty fair fight.
