What’s happening, Zelda fans? Are you ready to kick off another Zelda Dungeon Caption Contest? It’s American Thanksgiving this week, which means many of us are eagerly anticipating a plate (or many plates) of tasty, tasty food come Thursday. Though turkey and mashed potatoes aren’t on the menu in Breath of the Wild, there are still plenty of savory dishes that Link can enjoy in the game if he were to celebrate Thanksgiving like the rest of us. So, with that said, we’ve got snapshot of our hero preparing a meal for this week’s contest.

Last Week’s Contest:

We dug into the image vault for last week’s contest.

By: Multificionado

And here are our non-photo caption winners:

  • ninjanunchucks4: *Trainer Link wants to battle*
    Link: Meowth-jora, I choose you!
  • Undercover Gamer: “Remember kids, cats may look cute but deep down they want to bring the moon down on the earth”
  • IceRod: “Another new graphical style this soon?!?! I just can’t.”
  • Lifeoflink: Majora-possessed cat: This time my plan will be carried out purr-fectly! *evil Marjora’s cackle*

This Week’s Contest:

Did he cook his food in helium?

Here are the guidelines:

  • Please refrain from using offensive material (racial, sexual, overuse of offensive language, etc.) We want to make the contest fun and accessible for fans of all ages. When in doubt, keep it Nintendo.
  • If you don’t have the ability to edit the image, just leave it as a comment. We make sure to have a separate list of winners for this category.
  • Photo editing and manipulation (i.e. Photoshop) is allowed, but these entries will be part of a separate list of winners for this category.
  • Everyone is entitled to their own opinion at Zelda Dungeon. In fact, we encourage discussion based on those opinions. However, please do not insult other fans’ work. What may be funny to one person may not hold true for another… and that’s OK.
  • Have fun and be creative!

Don’t forget to check back throughout the week and upvote your favorites, and, who knows?  Maybe you will be one of next week’s winners!
