Among the many games being released with the upcoming Wii U, a considerable number are being made by Nintendo themselves, like Nintendo Land. However, many third-party companies are also chiming in with their own games. Since many of these are being released on other systems as well, a number of companies are pushing to add something special to the Wii U version of their games that no other version can have.

For Namco-Bandai’s Tekken Tag Tournament 2, that special something just happens to involve the clothing of a trio of characters we are all very familiar with. In a recent trailer, they revealed a special Nintendo-themed mode as well as numerous Nintendo costumes for the Tekken characters. Make the jump to see the trailer!

All I can say is… wow. I personally find this to be pretty hilarious. I mean, did you see that Fox McCloud costume? Priceless. The Link and Zelda costumes are the only ones that actually fit pretty well with the game, so if I played it I would probably use them myself, and I also must admit that the Ganondorf they appeared to be fighting looked fairly awesome.

How about you guys? What do you think of the Zelda costumes? How about those other Nintendo-themed getups? Do you think you will get this game for the Wii U? Let us know in the comments!
