Tri Force Heroes Dominates The 3DS eShop Charts

The latest title in the Zelda franchise, Tri Force Heroes lands in the  #1 spot for this week’s 3DS eShop charts. The game beat out many very popular Nintendo titles including another recent release, Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer which had bumped Tri Force Heroes from the #1 spot in the UK software sales. This isn’t the only Zelda title to land in the Top 20, The Legend of Zelda also makes an appearance at #14. The Tri Force Heroes launch video as well as the TV commercial have also landed in the Top 20 Videos, with the #2 and #18 spot respectively. With the game having been out for just over a week this isn’t all together surprising, the true test will be to see how the game does down the line and at the peak of the Holiday shopping season.
