The Groove is Adventurous in this Funk Remix of the Dark World Theme

The Dark World from A Link to the Past is a mysterious and threatening place, filled with all kinds of danger. Once a Sacred Realm, this place is completely distraught thanks to the evil of Ganon. The grass is withered, the water is toxic, and the landscape has been ripped asunder by the Dark King of Evil.
This place is nowhere happiness wants to live, yet this new remixed version of the Dark World’s theme makes you think otherwise. I say this of course because what we get is something that sounds like it’s been ripped straight from the time of disco. This funk remix of the Dark World theme from A Link to the Past comes to us from DK Musicbox. The sound of the remix and even the style of the music video makes you feel like you’re in the middle of a 70’s cop drama.
DK Musicbox has even performed a remix of the Hyrule Castle theme from Breath of the Wild. They have also worked on covers inspired by games such as Grand Theft Auto V, Red Dead Redemption II, Hollow Knight, Super Mario World, and Cyberpunk 2077.
