The Game Awards 2017: Breath of the Wild Has Won Best Action/Adventure and Best Game Direction Awards

The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild has already won two awards at The Game Awards 2017, those being the awards for Best Action/Adventure Game and Best Game Direction.
Breath of the Wild‘s director Hidemaro Fujibayashi took the stage to accept the award:
“Thank you for this wonderful award. The game design of Breath of the Wild is the result of long hours of work by many people on the development staff to create an adventure that takes on new challenges. I’m so very happy to receive such an award, and it’s a great honor. To everyone who’s stood toe-to-toe against a Lynel, or discovered a hidden Shrine, collected a few Korok Seeds, we say, ‘Thank you.'”
