Round two’s final matchup begins, with Oracle of Seasons taking on The Wind Waker. One game was considered an oddball at release, while the other is an outlier, crafted by an outside company. In our second to last match of round one, we have a rather unique Zelda experience going up a more traditional style game. Four Sword Adventures is one of two Zelda games built around a multiplayer experience and featuring Mario esque level progression versus Oracle of Seasons, a top down traditional Zelda. Whenever I beat a Legend of Zelda game, I feel a sense of satisfaction, a sense of pride. I personally prefer this game of the two, as I feel the season-changing mechanic is a little more creative and fun to play with, the sometimes excruciating challenges of Ages (Goron Dance, anyone?) are ramped down, and the land of Subrosia is present….
