It seems that even us Aussies will be able to indulge in some Zelda goodness as it has been announced by Nintendo Australia that the special gold and black Zelda 3DS XL will be launching in the nation on November 23rd. This stunning limited edition 3DS XL features the triforces from the light and dark world on the top and bottom of the console and will be bundled with a digital copy of Link’s upcoming new handheld adventure, A Link…

There has been a lot of excitement the last two days with all the announcements concerning The Wind Waker HD, but today we have some unfortunate news to report. For Zelda fans who live down in Australia and New Zealand, there will be no Wind Waker Wii U bundle or special edition for you to purchase. An official Nintendo of Australia representative commented on the recent announcements stating that they “do not have plans to release these in Australia and…

We posted just three days ago about the Zelda Prepaid Cards heading to Europe and today we have a new pair cards heading to Australia. Two cards in particular can be seen to the left, the first of which is worth $15 and features Mario, while the second is worth $30 and features Link. The Zelda card has official artwork of Link from the original Legend of Zelda, A Link to the Past, and Ocarina of Time. You can pickup…

November 24th 2011 is the date that Australians will be able to get their hands on Skyward Sword. When the Australian Official Skyward Sword Website launched a few weeks back they had the same date as the Japanese website of November 23rd. However, the Australian website has fixed this error and it now has the proper release date of November 24th, or as it is listed in Australia 24/11/2011. November 18th – Europe November 20th – North America November 23rd…

The official Australian Skyward Sword website has launched and it features the same goodies that we saw at the Nintendo of America site. However, the one noteworthy edition on the Australian website is the release date! The site shows an upcoming release of November 20th, 2011, the same exact day that Skyward Sword hits shelves here in America! This is great news as Australian Zelda fans feared the worse after a near two-week delay in release for Ocarina of Time…

Retailers in Australia such as EB Games had started taking pre-orders back in August for the Skyward Sword bundle. However, it took Nintendo of Australia nearly two weeks to give an official press release concerning the bundle. Like all the other bundles, it will include a copy of Skyward Sword, the CD with songs from The Legend of Zelda 25th Anniversary Symphony, and the golden Wii Remote Plus. However, this bundle is only available while supplies last. For those of…

In a somewhat surprising turn of events, it appears that the Zelda Symphony will not be heading to Australia afterall. Despite the hidden coding found within the Australian Zelda 25th anniversary page as well as the recent inclusion on Ticket Master, it seems that Australians won’t be getting the Zelda Symphony concert as originally thought. The folks over at Vooks, who previously reported on both the hidden coding and the ticket master news bit got word from Nintendo of Australia…

A few months ago when the Zelda Symphony Concert was first announced we soon found out that there will be dates in both London and Los Angelos. We haven’t gotten any other definite locations yet, but we do know that Nintendo has a nation-wide tour planned in 2012. What about the rest of the world? Nintendo of Australia has setup a mini-site dedicated to the 25th anniversary and it is similar to that of the European and American versions of…
