Hyrule Warrios 3DS, or as it is now called, Hyrule Warriors: Legends, will include all DLC characters from Hyrule Warriors Wii U. This was announced during Nintendo’s Digital Event during E3. It appears as if they will already come pre-downloaded, so you don’t have to pay extra to obtain them

I’m glad Nintendo and Koei Tecmo made this decision…

Hopefully you didn’t skip the first two words in that headline, because this is the time for another ZI weekly Photoshop Contest! I’m sure we’re all excited for E3 next week, and I’m sure we all have ideas of what we want to see announced. Well, why not use Photoshop to make those predictions a reality? Before we jump to the chase though, we need to first look at the winners from last week’s contest: Zelda Clone Crossover

Reggie Fils-Aime wasn’t kidding when he said that new 3DS games were coming that no one would have expected: Hyrule Warriors is coming to the 3DS. I didn’t expect it one bit. I sure didn’t expect Tetra and the King of Red Lions to be added as playable characters either, as Koei Tecmo previously stated they were done adding DLC content to the game. This move to recreate the Zelda franchise’s most successful spin-off title and port it to the 3DS means something, and I know what it is…

Shortly after yesterday’s leak of Hyrule Warriors for 3DS, the official Sega of Japan Twitter account had supposedly revealed that the Sonic Amiibo would be compatible with both versions of Hyrule Warriors. Although Sega had quickly removed the Tweet, the image to the left and original text from the Tweet are now but rumored across the internet. The original Tweet supposedly stated:  ソニックはアミーボ機能を使用してハイラルオールスターのキャストが参加します!which apparently translates to “Sonic will join the cast of Hyrule All-Star using the Amiibo function!” Whether or…

Hyrule Warriors is coming to the Nintendo 3DS in what appears to be a full game port, featuring two new characters, likely some new items, and it appears most of that will transfer back to the Wii U version. What could make this more interesting is if save data between the Wii U version and the 3DS version could easily be transferred and/or synced. This is not a confirmed feature, but if it did occur (and it’s a really simple step if they honestly want to do it), this virtually makes the game Nintendo’s first modern step towards a unified platform. Of course this may not be possible at all, but even so, they would be a half step short of making it a reality…

This morning (to our surprise) held the announcement that Hyrule Warriors will soon make its way to 3DS. And just barely afterwards, a video has been published showing the comparison between the 3DS and the Wii U version of Hyrule Warriors, by Nintendo World Report- and you can check it out after the jump! With less than a week to E3, leaks and official announcements alike are rampant.  Thankfully, this news falls into the latter category.  In a short video, it has been revealed that the Wii U Zelda x Dynasty Warriors hit, Hyrule Warriors, will be heading to the 3DS.  The announcement doesn’t stop there, however, as two brand new playable characters from The Wind Waker have been revealed: Tetra and The King of Red Lions…

The recent Hyrule Warriors leak, revealing that it will be indeed coming to the Nintendo 3DS system, has sparked a myriad of fruitful rumours and news pieces. One of the most interesting rumours is that Female Link, seen in the Hyrule Warriors art book, could be coming to the game! The rumour has been sparked by the reveal of her crossbow in the 3DS reveal trailer. Make the jump to check out GameXplain’s video on the topic, and my personal thoughts!

KOEI TECMO official YouTube Page has just uploaded a video announcing that Hyrule Warriors will be brought over to the Nintendo 3DS, and at least two new characters will join the already impressive roster. The talented Gandakris will be gracing our pages with her awesome Cosplay of Hyrule Warriors, Impa. This is said a lot about our features, but this costume is so accurate it hurts – with the fine detail being almost exact and the main features of this Cosplay screaming authenticity, it’s hard not to think about how much effort was put into the creation of this beautiful masterpiece…
