Insane In The Rain Music is a music enthusiast who loves to play piano and saxophone, and we’ve heard in the past just how enthusiastic he is. He may not be so insane in the rain as his YouTube channel name implies, but he really has a kind heart and passion for music.

Insane In The Rain Music’s “Summer of Covers” is a series of video game music covers performed and uploaded for the benefit of the Child’s Play charity. From covering The Wind Waker‘s melancholic “Grandma’s Theme” to Link’s Awakening‘s epic “Ballad of the Windfish”, Carlos Eiene (Insaneintherainmusic’s true identity) puts his own spin on his covers.

His most recent cover of Link’s Awakening‘s “Mabe Village” offers a tranquil touch to the already-soothing theme and really brings gamers back to that moment where Marin, this beautiful girl who happened to find you unconscious on a beach, brings you back to her eccentric village.
