Skyward Sword Walkthrough Update: Chapters 1-4

Work on our Skyward Sword Walkthrough has been progressing quite nicely. Over the last few days I’ve gone back and updated the first four chapters of the guide. This is now my third time through the guide and I’m adding additional screenshots, moving things around a bit, and updating some text. Most importantly though, I’m improving the guide to include all the side quests and optional material, making it a 100% Skyward Sword Walkthrough. As of now, we have the entire walkthrough online with completed text and screenshots. However, chapters 5-18 only cover the main quest without the side quest material.

Unlike many games in the Zelda series, the side quests in Skyward Sword are really quite spread out. In fact, there is virtually no side quests you can take part in before the first dungeon of the game, and many of them only become accessible after specific trigger points within the game. Either way, we will constantly be updating the future chapters of the walkthrough over the next few days, in addition to the side quest guides and information pages. As mentioned previously, we are also hard at work on the video walkthrough for Skyward Sword and it’s very likely you’ll see the first pieces of that in the next few days.

  • Adding images and improving display quality of all side quest pages.
  • Updating Chapters 5-18 of the walkthrough, making it a 100% guide covering all side quests.
  • Launching the complete bullet-point quick guide for easy non-spoiler access.
  • Recording Chapters 5-18 of the video walkthrough.
  • Editing and audio dubbing the entire video walkthrough.
  • Finalizing all Skyward Sword content pages so they are near perfect.
