A few months ago we found out that a spectacular Skyward Sword Link action figure would be making its debut in Japan but no word on a Western release had been announced. Well, now we can confirm that this exact collectible Legend of Zelda action figure is coming to North America! Thanks to Max Factory Zelda collectors have the chance to possess this Skyward Sword-themed figure comprising of our favorite hero Link wielding his precious Master Sword and Hylian Shield.  Surprisingly, this collectable figure of Link will not force you to dish up hundreds of dollars just to lay your hands on it and is quite reasonable in price.

You can find out more details about this Skyward Sword figure and information about buying it after the jump!

Two versions of this Skyward Sword Link action figure have been confirmed to release with the Japanese release shipping out first.

This Japanese Link action figure release will be shipping out in mid-November and the picture above details this Link showing off his special skyward strike ability. This action figure will set you back at US$59.99 and you may click here to preorder it.

You can also preorder the domestic release Skyward Sword Link figure adding up to $10 cheaper at $49.49. This model has a preorder deadline on October 25th and will be released in December. A noticeable difference if you choose to purchase this one over the Japanese figure is that a stand is also included allowing for different Link poses including his famous skyward sword strike. You can click here to purchase the Link action figure packaged with a stand.

Considering most collectible figures like these Zelda ones are usually hundreds of dollars in value I would consider the prices being offered as fair deals; especially if these action figures are in short supply and turn out to be considerably limited. They do not look cheaply made and have been created with an artistic mind.

What do you think of these Skyward Sword Link action figures? Would you consider purchasing one or both versions? Do you think the prices for both models are reasonable? Be sure to share your thoughts and opinions with us.
